Global Fund for Coral Reefs: Reef-based climate resilience finance

As part of COP26, Founder & CEO of Pegasus, Craig Cogut, participated among Yannick Glemarec, Executive Director of GCF and Ambassador Peter Thomson, Special Envoy for the Ocean, UN Secretary-General, at the GCF-GFCR event which showcased blended finance as a tool to secure global net-zero and protect the last strongholds of marine biodiversity. The speakers illustrated how blended finance is necessary to scale adaptation interventions for vulnerable communities and natural habitats.
