Creative Realities Develops Innovative Mobile Gaming Solution for FCA US to Support Dealership Sales Staff Training

NEW YORK, April 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Creative Realities, LLC (“Creative Realities” or the “Company”) (OTCQB: CREX), today announced a highly successful deployment of a completely new and innovative concept – a mobile gaming platform designed specifically to support sales force training and performance.

Creative Realities, in partnership with FCA US (formerly Chrysler Group) developed a mobile gaming solution that will be used by the Company’s 25,000 plus, nationwide dealer sales consultants. The solution, which consists of a game management platform and four interactive mobile games to start, was developed to create a collaborative and fun learning environment across the FCA US dealer network and to help salespeople learn the finer points of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Fiat vehicles. The objective of the games is to not only teach, but also to create a collaborative and quick learning environment whereby training can be done “on-the-fly” without taking away sales associates’ ability to service customers.

The ultimate goal of this innovative program is to provide new ways to increase sales and provide better and more consistent customer service.

The games work largely like interactive timed trivia games, whereby questions about product details are displayed and the player is awarded points for choosing the correct answer while working against the clock. Today, users play a “single player” version. In future roll-outs, players can compete one-on-one with others in their dealership or across the country. The mobile Gaming Management System (GMS) developed by Creative Realities tracks participant point status and enables the awarding of prizes to top performers. The GMS is also the launch pad for games and contains the user log-in mechanism for applying user profiles to game play.
